PetriMedCA Warranty Policy
If your air ionizer malfunctions or fails to work, please contact your local dealer or PetriMed CA directly. You can reach our customer service department by phone at: (add number) or email at: (add email), which is open (add days) from (add time) IST.
Obtaining Warranty Service
The PetriMed CA warranty remains in effect only if:
• The air ionizer is used according to the given instructions.
• No other person or repair service (other than PetriMed CA) has previously attempted to fix the air ionizer.
• The air ionizer is connected to a suitable power source (see voltage label on the machine).
• The air ionizer doesn’t display any signs of tampering, abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. The Warranty will be void if the equipment’s voltage is modified or altered.
• The air ionizer has not left India. The Warranty is null and void once the item has left the country.
• The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original owner and cannot be transferred.
• Third-party resellers do not offer warranties.
• Local vendors do not screen the product
PetriMed CA Air Ionizers
PetriMed CA warrants that your air ionizer will be free from manufacturing flaws for a period of 1 year following the date of purchase, provided you have used it in accordance with the instructions in the PetriMed CA User Manual. This limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage brought on by using components of the product that were not manufactured or sold by PetriMed CA.
You can call our customer service department if you experience any issues with the product’s functionality while still under the warranty period. PetriMed CA offers both on-site and off-site warranties.
Off-site services:
Our representatives will hear your complaints during the call. They will make every effort to solve your query during the call itself.
On-site services:
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, a representative from our company will visit your home to solve the problem. If a part of the product needs repair, we will fix it; however, if replacement is necessary, we will replace the damaged part.
Replacement services:
Suppose a defect is found within one (1) year of the date of purchase (with valid proof of purchase). In that case, PetriMed CA will replace the product at no cost with a new one, one manufactured from new or serviceable used parts, or one that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. PetriMed CA will also pay the shipping charges. PetriMed CA provides an exclusive 10-day exchange service.
PetriMed CA Refurbished Air Ionizers
PetriMed CA warrants that your refurbished air ionizer will be free from severe manufacturing or material flaws for one (1) year following the date of purchase if you have used it in accordance with the instructions in the PetriMed CA User Manual. Suppose a flaw is discovered with proof of purchase within one (1) year of the date of purchase. In that case, PetriMed CA will replace the product at no cost and will pay shipping costs for a replacement made from serviceable used parts and at least functionally equivalent to the original refurbished product.
Limitation of Liability and Remedies
PetriMed CA is the provider of this Limited Warranty. PetriMed CA disclaims any express warranty that is not included here and any implied warranty, guarantee or representations concerning any purpose, performance, quality, and absence of hidden flaws, as well as any remedy for contract breach that, without this provision, might arise by implication, operation of law, the custom of commerce, or course of dealing, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
PetriMed CA further disclaims all liability for losses, expenses, inconveniences, special, direct, secondary, or consequential damages occurring from ownership or use of the products, except as otherwise stipulated in this agreement.
